PicMod provides browser-based image processing tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the images you process using PicMod. Since processing happens locally on your device, we do not claim ownership or access to your content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PicMod be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
